If you do not choose the right Multivitamins, Just like any other medication we take, it could cause some risk for ours health.

1. Cardiac Arrhythmias – Take eccessive amount of metals like zinc are bad for the body as these may cause, gastric bleeding, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, muscle weakness, staining of the teeth, increased urinary frequency.
Excessive levels of potassium can also cause changes in heart rhythm and can lead to heart block.
2. Diarrhea – Diarrhea is very dangerous because it alterate the body functioning and lead to various health problems.
That’s the reason you need to take the right supplement if you do not want have side effects. Make sure to follow the right dosage.
Diarrhea may also be caused by a negative interaction among the contents of the multivitamins. Usually, high doses of magnesium can bring watery bowel movements.
In order to avoid diarrhea choose a trustworthy brand with ingredients that work in synergy with each other to produce a positive effect on your health.
3. Kidney stones – Excess intake of vitamin Calcium can lead kidney stones or gall stones. Early signs of calcium toxicity actually include constipation, abdominal pain, and heart problems.
Vitamin C when taken in excess can also cause to the same problem of stone formation which in turn can lead to renal failure.
So I reccomend to choose those multivitamin that is made with natural calcium and vitamin C to ensure that these are well absorbed and utilized by the body.
In order to avoid complication, I reccomend you choose only a multivitamin that includes natural ingredients.
Looking those with the correct balance of nutrients and make sure you follow your doctor’s instructions regarding the use of supplements to ensure that no harm comes your way.
